Shipping Policies

All parcels are sent with tracked shipping and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. After the order is shipped, Jake + Co is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and unfortunately from time to time courier delays may occur and are out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the Courier reserves the right to leave the item in a safe place. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. Jake + Co is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing. If free shipping is advertised this shipping is standard shipping.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

Returns

We want to make it easy for you to return and exchange items so if you are not satisfied with your purchase/s, whether it is not what you expected, change of mind, wrong colour/size, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items can be returned for an exchange or credit note provided the goods are unopened and unused.

All postage and packaging costs will be the customers responsibility. Return delivery costs and liability of the products to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend returning the product/s via registered post with a tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed and re-delivery fee will be charged.

Please check that the item meets the criteria below for return or an exchange:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with original packaging intact and the original labels attached.

  • You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods.

  • The item is returned within 14 days of being received by you.

  • Non returnable items include pacifiers and teethers.

Once your item is received we aim to process returns within 3 business days. For exchanges, this is subject to stock availability. 

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will happily replace the item or offer a refund. Please email us with your order number, details of the issue and photos to info@jakeandco.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorisation form to be included with the goods which will need to be returned to us.
