Yes, you are welcome to collect your order. We are located in Shotover Country, Queenstown. Please select Pick Up when you head to the checkout and we will send you a text message with our address when your order is ready to collect. We aim to have orders ready for collection the same day.

Yes, of course! We love creating gift boxes! If one of our pre-selected gift boxes aren’t quite what you are looking for, you can add the individual items to you cart, and select Yes to the Gift Box option at the checkout. We will package your items in a gift box and include a hand written card with the message of your choice.

We want to make it easy for you to return and exchange items so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s not what you expected or you have simply changed your mind, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items can be returned for an exchange or credit note provided the goods are unopened and unused. Please note, that we do not accept returns on teethers or pacifiers due to hygiene reasons.

Yes. All the teethers we stock are made using high quality, 100% food grade silicone beads that are free from BPA, lead, cadmium, phthalates, PVC and latex. They will not absorb odour or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria. Our suppliers source their beads from reputable manufacturers that have had their quality management system independently certified to ISO:9001 standards. All silicone beads have been tested to ensure they comply with the New Zealand and Australian safety standard AU/NZS ISO:8124:3:2012 - migration of certain elements.

All teethers come with individual cleaning recommendations. To care for all silicone and wooden products, wash in mild soapy water and air dry. In most cases, wooden products just need to be wiped over with a cloth - do not allow to be soaked in water. Our wooden products are untreated - if you would like them polished, combine coconut oil and beeswax to coat the timber.

No, we do not include any pricing with the goods being delivered. You will receive confirmation of your order to the email address supplied with pricing. If you need a separate tax invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us.
